"Princess Alice Hospice are looking for fun loving dancers, walkers, joggers or runners to take part in a fun 5k Glow in the Park event.

A fun event that has a cross appeal for ages 6 to 60! Glow in the Park is the ultimate night-time neon 5km fun event for families & friends. An epic voyage through our 6 Glow Zones.

The Glow in the Park 5km run is a night-time experience run of 5km route (2 laps of 2.5km) is marked using LED strobe lights and big flashing arrows.

On the course are themed Glow Zones that are there, quite simply, for fun! Electrifying light shows and energising beats will carry you around the course as you get your glow on in the Foam Zone, powder up in the UV Paint Blast Zone and get grooving in the Time Tunnel. Open to all abilities, young or old - whether you dance/walk/jog or run - Glow in the Park is your time to shine.

We are offering you the chance to take part in this rare opportunity to abseil 540 ft down the Tower in aid of the Princess Alice Hospice and help us to raise the 9.9 million pounds it costs us to provide free of charge care to our care area of over 600 square miles in Surrey, SW London and Middlesex,
